You recognize that the Work Product may include material held by third parties, which is referred to as "Third Party Material". The material is made available under the terms of the license or other applicable rights granted to it, and is not owned by Playdawn Games Training Institute Private Limited or you. The terms and conditions of the licenses or other grant of rights relevant to the Third Party Material will control your rights to use it, as well as any warranties associated with it, if any.
