1. Policies and Terms for Training and Payment

  • A registration fee is required for each individual. Every transaction is conducted using Indian Rupees (INR).

  • Our platform relies on a partner payment gateway to process all online payments. We refrain from retaining any confidential payment data. The terms and privacy policy of the payment gateways we utilize are available at this location.

  • Regarding paid training: Registration for training courses will only be confirmed once the registration process is finished and the full payment has been received.

  • In order to participate in the free training, your registration for the training course will only be confirmed once you have completed the registration process and verified your email address using the verification code provided during the sign-up process.

  • Kindly ensure punctuality to get admission to the training session and avoid any potential omissions.

  • Internet connectivity issues may cause disruptions during the training. If you are unable to participate in the training, please send us an email at [email protected]. The training details and format may be modified at the trainer's discretion.

  • The training registration links will be delivered to you by an invitation, often within one hour following a successful payment. If you do not receive an invitation at your designated email address within 24 hours of completing a purchase, please get in touch with us.

  • Our training strives to provide a learning atmosphere that is devoid of any forms of harassment, assault, discrimination, bullying, abuse, and solicitation. It is expected that all individuals, including participants, trainers, and partners, would be handled with utmost respect and dignity.

  • Engaging in activities or behaviours that include discrimination based on race, color, place of origin, gender, age, marital status, religious beliefs, citizenship, mental and physical ability, sexuality, or any other unlawful reasons as defined by the law will not be accepted.

  • Our training adheres to a strict no-refund policy, which applies to all circumstances including cancellations, rescheduling, no-shows, and instances where a participant is prohibited from attending.

2. Termination

In the event of inadequate registration, Playdawn Games Training Institute Private Limited retains the authority to cancel any training course, albeit infrequently. In this scenario, individuals will be given the opportunity to reschedule for a later date.

Playdawn Games Training Institute Private Limited has no liability for any costs accrued by any party, including in the event of a training course cancellation.

3. Procedure for Receiving a Refund

If a participant is eligible for a refund, the refund amount may be reduced by payment gateway charges and local tax charges. The typical timeframe for receiving a refund is around 7 to 14 business days, and the refund will be issued using the same method of payment. If you paid in cash, we may ask for your bank information to process a refund more easily.

Kindly be aware that we rely on the issuing bank to guarantee the reimbursement of funds to your account. We have sole authority over the disbursement of money. If there is a delay from the bank's end, our options for action are limited.
